Cancellation

Kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior. If changes are made within the 24-hour window, a 50% charge of the missed appointment will apply. The same applies to no show, no call appointments.

Arriving late

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15-minute grace period; beyond this, your appointment will be considered cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. Late arrival will result in reduced time for your lash service.

Retention

Please ensure you select the appropriate appointment type when booking online. Additionally, it's essential to have a minimum of 40% of your lashes for a refill; otherwise, a full set charge will be applicable.

Payment

At the salon, payment can be made either in cash or via transfer. If you opt for a transfer, we kindly request that you complete the payment before your appointment or before departing the salon.
